Confident Results - Teambuilding 2024 - MW LOGISTICA

In a year of major challenges for the logistics industry, MW LOGISTICA has achieved growth in its results.

We dedicated our annual teambuilding to our confidence in overcoming challenges, with a focus on improving our productivity - the only recipe for success in times of economic crisis.

We used the metaphor of preparing food - in our case, a delicious Chocolate Lava Cake — to test our ability to work in sync. Under the watchful eye and with the steady support of Chef Viktor Svetoslavov from HRS Academy, we learned all his secrets and discovered that when there is a clear recipe and a well-defined distribution of tasks, anything is possible.

The result was a phenomenal chocolate dessert with a balanced taste, impressive appearance, and perfect consistency - just as every logistics service should be.

And we enjoyed the process, realizing that confidence in a team comes from knowing that we can rely on one another.
