What do these two guests, who at first glance seem to have completely different professions, have in common? They are both podcast enthusiasts, entrepreneurs, parents, and active people with a wide range of hobbies and interests. They are also lovers of good music and connoisseurs of delicious food. So much so that in recent years, Yordan, together with like-minded friends, has been creating a “small utopian town” featuring a bar, bakery, vegetable garden, bookshop, and much more. But how does one turn so many different ideas into reality? Dancho answers this question himself: "I’m Yordan, and I don’t know how to say ‘no."
Another thing they have in common is that both lost their fathers far too early. For Olga, this was a turning point in her life, as at just 24 years of age, she took over the management of the family business. Here is what she shared about the difficult moments: “I think there are no easy things in life. Life is beautiful precisely because of its waves, its challenges, and its good moments. Everyone has their own path to finding themselves.”
An honest conversation about starting a business, building and developing a team, inspiration, energy, enthusiasm, children, and the life of the flying people.
