E-commerce fullfillment and IT synchronisation
Complete warehousing supply chain service for e-stores. The service includes receiving the goods, allocating them to storage locations, commissioning, labeling, checking the order, packing, and handing them over to the responsible courier for delivery. We implement direct synchronization with your software regarding warehouse logistics management to optimize the information flow. If necessary, we also contact the recipients of your shipment by phone - to confirm the receipt of the goods. In addition, we work in direct contact with you through communication channels convenient for you, in which you receive the status of preparation - sending of your shipment at any time.
Cargo handling and Cross-docking
If it is impossible to receive or service entire trailer trucks in your warehouse, you do not have a forklift or a loading and unloading ramp. We unload your goods with us and deliver them to your address with a small car, bus, or solo truck with a drop board. We can unpack and reload entire trucks, temporarily storing your goods. We accept delivery of your goods and, directly or after sorting and repackaging, deliver to your end customer or in the supply chain.
Storage, including food and feed storage
We provide responsible storage of your goods according to your requirements and in safe conditions. We bear material responsibility for the goods and provide 24-hour video surveillance of the warehouse areas. In addition, the logistics complex has 24-hour live security and a visitor control system. We are registered and meet all the requirements of the Bulgarian Food Safety Agency for a food and feed warehouse operator.
Transport packaging and Value-added services
Palletizing and de-palletizing, packing, and bagging - we pack your goods according to your specifications and prepare special transport crates, pallets, or specific reinforcement according to particular parameters. In addition you can count on us to perform any additional services to imoprove/ finalize the goods for direct consumer usage.
